Crutches

A friend of mine is going to alton next week but he recently tore up his knee and can not stand for long periods of time, he can still walk down stairs for evacuations but it is painful. He is on crutches and not only is it harder to stand normally but when packed in a group it is harder.

He wants to know what the policy is when queing with crutches?

Any help would be great, thanks

I'm no expert, and I'm just sort of guessing a bit now, but I seem to think that they have a system where the 'disabled' guest can wait by the exit with an appointed 'carer' and then someone else from the party queues up. When they get to the front, you can ride.

Something like that anyway. Don't know how you go about setting it up though.
