Crapton on sea

So - I decided to spend my birthday (and bank holiday) at clacton pier and the pavilion.

I ended up going to the pier on the sunday night instead as it was still open when I arrived. (pics were taken on the monday)

MOst of the rides are here:

Starflyer type thing, Stellas revenge, techno jump and paratrooper - I got the £10.50 after 5pm wristband.

First up, I did Stellas revenge

A couple of nice little pops of airtime on the first two drops, and then a helix and a stella gets her revenge on a brake run

which hurls you into the front of the car, almost kneecapping you, and then around the corner into brakes before and after the final little drop

again almost crippling your knees, The end brake makes sure your knees are truly smashed!

Despite the pain - I did have a few more goes for those nice little pops of air, and it was better in the back because there's more kneeroom

Also did the "wild mouse" coaster - which is actually a wacky worm

didn't do the go gator

But enjoyed the star flyer thing, before going indoors and having a sickly run on the waltzer.

Following day I did pavilion fun park

naff coaster

Vomit machine

Lovely bounce tower

and a quick look at the rest:

and that was another park ticked off my bucket list!

Good report! Stella's Revenge is certainly violent on the brake run, still got the mark on my knee!
I thought the coaster at the Pavillion was good for what it is, best coaster in Clacton!
