I can only eat chicken if it's covered in bread crumbs and fried or in small pieces. Can't eat a chicken breast etc...which is annoying as the protein is >>>>

Here's how to make something taste Chinese:

1. Add Soy Sauce
2. Add sugar
3. Serve from a wok
Optional (if you fancy being posh)
4. Sprinkle in some five spice.

Works for any food

Soy Sauce is fab, but a bit salty if you use too much. Steamed chicken is delicious too. It just melts in your mouth.

If I'm being honest, I like southern-style fried chicken best. Done right, there's nothing better. But I only rarely treat myself to it, and most often eat it grilled or baked. I've been doing a bit of stir-fry recently as well.

southern fried chicken is great but it HAS to be KFC. The fried chicken company at AT is **** awful, the fried chicken we sell at work is also just manky XD
