Just ended my 3 hours at SFA, and have a nice PTR. Here it goes!
8-12-14, Cedar Point
Got to the park around 9:40 AM.
The park awaits!

First up, Maverick!
We got the Bart train!
The ride was absolutely phenomenal. The drop was breathtaking, the turns were forceful, and the airtime was amazing no wonder it won best ride of 2007!

Ok, so the ride was good, but it is just so overrated. The airtime wasn't anything special. The drop was good, but it didn't feel that fast. It's a good ride, but not great.

Oh, the irony.
Heading out for lunch, I noticed Raptor was stuck in the MCBR. :-(
But after lunch(SubWay), they got it up and running again!
Like any other person, that's what me and my bro did next.

That is one tall footer! I mean seriously, who needs a footer that high?
The ride was great! It was forceful, fast paced, and an overall great ride.

Up next was the crown jewel, Top Thrill Dragster.
Looks intimidating! Also, it needs new paint. As well as other rides.

Oh. My. God. The launch was incredible(and the lapbars made it more free!), and the view at the top was breathtaking! It looked like everything was a giant Google Maps image. It was amazing.

The seagulls are plotting to take over Cedar Point! :-o

It was pretty much an average impulse with 2 twisty towers. Nothing special.

Saw this on a kid shirt. Wait, this isn't at Cedar Point! Leak? Probably just a generic background.
Next was WindSeeker. Yes, they got it up. And yes, Funtime did a much better job.
And I ended my day with some punishment on Mantis.
The ride actually wasn't bad! It wasn't rough for me. It was the feeling of all your weight going to your legs that got me. It wasn't bad for my first stand-up.

Bummed I couldn't ride GateKeeper. I guess next time.

Overall, it was a great park! Very solid lineup, and just an overall great place. I do think they could use an all ages coaster(36 inch height req), but otherwise a great place! They prove you can have both quality and quantity. I will come back!
After that, I went to my hotel 30 minutes away, and slept the night. I then managed a plus 6 hour drive to Maryland for SFA
8-13-14, Six Flags America
I got to the park around 4:30 PM, and headed to Mind Eraser to punish ourselves for not getting here earlier.
The title sums up the ride.
Is that legal to be that close?
They had one train in operation.
The wheel says Vekoma.
It's an SLC. No review needed.

Why I like water rides were you don't get wet.
More punishment for riding an SLC.
Again, one train!
Overall, it has some potential, but won't live up to the fullest. It's very rough, and didn't get much airtime. Ok, but not great.

Next was the coaster that came here from my dominion, Apocalypse.
They must've had fun destroying that.
They did a great job on theming!
Seriously? One train AGAIN?
Overall, the ride alright. It wasn't as bad as some make it out to be, but it's still the worst B&M I've been on.

Anxiety fills me up.
Gee, what a surprise. :roll:
Next was Penguin's Blizzard River.
Ha ha, Easter Eggs.
It was a great water ride! For what it lacks in getting wet, it makes up in spinniness. This thing is like Hulk Hogan controlling a Tea Cup! It was so spinny and fun! By far my favorite water ride!

Finally, the park's only Hyper, Superman Ride of Steel!
Surprise! One train.
The ride was amazing. The pace was fast, the airtime was great, and was just amazing. Definitely the best ride at the park.

I know it's blurry, but the guy in the blue IS Robb Alvey. I'm not excited by any means though. And yes, he was in the same train with me for Superman.
I wanted to ride, but I just missed the last ride of the night.
Overall, the park has some goodish coasters, but it's not that good of a park. The employees were all bored, barely checked restraints, and didn't even help little kids off rides! And look under any coaster, and find weeds. Weeds and overgrown grass. The park could definitely use a lot of TLC. And put on two trains! The park has a lot of potential, but won't live up to it. It's just a meh park.
