Cedar Point 2013

Idk if I'm the only one out there thinking this....but it doesn't seem like CP to model after other parks...in this I mean building a wingrider a year after dollywood's and SFGA's. In my opinion i think if they are building a wingrider, it will be something unique to the design such as seats in the flying postion rather than the sitting position (yes i realize that they might as well just build a flyer at that point). I've just always seen CP as the park to start a trend instead of go along with one...Does anyone think it WILL NOT be a wingrider?

Remember B&M intends for the Wing Rider to be 4 Dimensional like the Arrow / S&S 4D's.

I wouldn't say Cedar Point is a trendsetter... they're the first to break records (hyper, giga, strata) but other than that there isn't really any "firsts" that they have, and every other ride they have bar Maverick, Top Thrill and Magnum have been built before to some extent in other parks.

Yes i do recall now that they are intending it to be a 4D in the future...which will be awesome :D is it too soon to speculate that CP is getting one in 2013? Or do you think B&M is still in the design phase of its 4D coaster?

They've been in the "design" phase of their own launch mechanism for awhile now, too. Launching 4D coaster anyone?

0 7 91 97 21 2

I don't want to guess or anything but maybe:
0 - Zero-G roll?
7 - 7 inversions?
91 - Ft. drop?
97 - Ft. tall?
21 - Don't know tbh. Maybe crossovers? the space they're building in isn't that large
2 - trains?

Really if you don't believe me in the lack of space look at this. If they plan on removing that employee area it definitely would make a huge difference

This definitely is something to keep an eye out for in the future, especially to see how they handle (the possible) lack of space.
