Camelot sbno coaster.

Any one know what the name of this coaster is and if its still at camelot.
tbh it looks quite bad it must be powered and only has 1 train.

Is it ment to look like that or is it just rust.
I would imagine its been scrapped.
 
It moved to Tir Prince (Williams Amusements on RCDB) in Towyn, North Wales for a year or two but has been scrapped now.

I missed it at Camelot by a few years but rode it in Wales and it sucked, although was 'different' I guess.
 
Yep, I read in one of the industry magazines that Garmendales worked on this. They do loads of stuff in the industry (the station gates on Th13teen for example!) and they seem to be claiming a refurb here (although it's not entirely conclusive...).

It used to be an in the dark coaster at Camelot originally called The Beast, only when the castle renovations extensions fell through was it re-themed and re-named to Venom. Since then they have extended the castle part and it's gone (along with some kiddy rides and an outdoor pool/slides area).

It was immensely more fun than it looks. (this may have been because it was in the dark and I was about 10 when I last rode it.)
 
I used to love it when it was the dark coaster. I was a lot younger then now, but it was pretty good fun. I remember standing in the station and hearing it coming back. It was pretty loud if my memory serves correctly?
