Boulder Dash to get the Alan Shilke treatment...

Not sure if this counts as a full news source, but found this on Reddit earlier regarding some work on Boulder Dash before next season.

Will have to see what Jerry found out when he completes his report(s) from IAAPA!

But.. the triple up on B-Dash is the best element. Alan.. no.. stop.

I spent a lot of time with Alan last week and we even went to Universal together with his family on Saturday after IAAPA ended. We talked about a lot of stuff he's currently working on, but he never mentioned anything about this. I'll give him a call to see if he can comment, but have to wait until he gets home since he's getting a new mobile and changing the number.

This would really upset me because the triple up on Boulder Dash is one of the best elements ever, and feels still quite, traditional?

Part of me is "Nooooo! Leave Boulder Dash alone!" and another is "It's Schilke, so it's going to be good."

Really don't know which way to lean, guess I know for sure once the change happens.

Sad that I'll never get to ride it 'properly' as it was but I put my trust in Shilke, he knows what he's doing.

While the triple up was amazing in the front of the train, the back it was a big ole "meh" element. Hopefully this will help that weird accordion-like effect I felt when I rode last.

Still though, very confused on why they would be removing an element to "downgrade" it. Guess we will have to wait and see how it turns out.
