Best 1-2 coaster combination

I have been thinking for a little while about parks that have signature coasters and who that one coaster can just change who some people think about a park. Then I thought about parks that have combinations of two great coasters so I wondered which park has the best 1-2 combination of coasters. What do you think? Mine would X2 and Tatsu at sfmm as they are both such amazing coaster at a park that already IMO has the best coaster line up anywhere.

Cedar Point with Millennium Force and Maverick for me.

Being able to go from a 300ft tall enjoyable ride to something as twisted as Maverick feels like, is quite enjoyable.

Sea World Orlando with Manta and Kraken.

This 1-2 is one my favourites too, along with Mirabilandia with Ispeed and Katun and Europa Park with Blue Fire and Silver Star. However, all of these are still inferior to X2 and Tatsu at sfmm IMO

SFMM with its amazing coaster collection, I think that almost every coaster could be any others park standout ride. As of european parks certainly Mirabilandia with iSpeed and Katun and Europa Park with Blue Fire and Silver Star or Wodan

Great Adventure with Nitro and El Toro. Nothing like going from a Steel air time machine to a wooden air time machine (and some good laterals thrown in here and there).

Another good park combo would be Kumba and Montu at Busch Gardens Tampa.

Knoebels with Twister and Phoenix

both are radically different machines, and you can ride phoenix first and if you're like ciall and didnt like it first ride you can go ride wister come back and realize how amazing Phoenix is by comparison.

Six Flags over Texas with New Texas Giant and Titan

Haha. Either that or Port Aventura with Shambhala and Dragon Khan. One is a positive G and inversion buffet while the other is all about the height and Negative G's

^I totally agree! The best 1-2 coaster combination should be two coasters that complements each other, and Dragon Kahn/Shambhala are probably very though to beat!

I throw in a joker as well with Phantasialand: Black Mamba and Winjas. Black Mamba is obviously a wold class thrill machine but to me Winjas is top material as well! A family coaster but a very fun one full of surprices and great theming :)

From where I've been to, definately PortAventura. Both Dragon Khan and Shambhala score 10/10 for me, and the fact they're within touching distance to each other makes it so much more convincing.

Other than that, I do think Thorpe Park deserves some credit with Nemesis: Inferno and Saw: The Ride. (in my opinion...)

You could safely say Busch Gardens Williamsburg has a good 1-2 coaster combination, but it would be up to debate as to which 2 coasters take those spots. I'd go with Alpengeist & Apollo's Chariot, even though I rate Griffon even higher than both of them, because they are dissimilar enough to complement each other, and because they were the unquestioned flagship coasters of the park for nearly a full decade before Griffon was built.

Cedar Point has the best 1-2-3, even. Go Millennium, floater air and great speed sensation (front row), then Magnum, with THE best ejectors in the back seat, finally, Maverick, filled with many awesome things (front).
The problem with Cedar is that the rest of the rides are only okay at best, so if you can't re-ride those three, you'll probably end up bored.

^Best ejectors of Magnum are in 1:3. The first drop is much better in the back but otherwise 1:3 is the better ride
