Just spotted this on Screamscape:

Six Flags - (2/7/12) In an interesting development, fans of Batman & Robin: The Chiller may be pleased to know that the coaster appears as if it will get a new lease on life. According to the Intermark Ride Group used-ride website who has been listing the Dual LIM Premier Rides coaster as being for sale, it is now marked off as being SOLD.

Yeah, "sold" doesn't mean to a park. It could be to a nice steel factory somewhere that's going to put it to better use as say, bullets for use on children.
