B&M Test track?

While receiving a new update of the "World Park Project" Google earth theme park layer there was a new location, namely a "B&M test track" location. It's in the town of Monthey where B&M have their HQ, and I'm guessing that the large steel work facility in the south west direction is their main factory.

But the question is, what kind of test track is it?
According to the data in Google Earth then the image is from Mars 1997, so could this be a dive machine prototype?? Since Oblivion opened the year after...
 
That is quite interesting - the trouble being that none of the other maps (bing etc) have any pics from there.... and if you go down to streetview in Google, someone has gone and built a big shopping complex thingy right on top of there!

It's possibly a Dive Machine prototype. The original patents the ride was filed under had images showing the ride as a figure of 8.
