The 1st part is finished on this amazing coaster, shame Thorpe Park did not grab this design for it's 1st & 2nd drop, but it may of been too extreme for TP so CP did it instead:

Plus, it's got NOTHING to do with it being "too extreme", look at the layout of Swarm and the land they have, you'll understand why they chose that layout, not to mention cost...
