Six Flags Great Adventure | Unknown | Unknown Kingda Ka replacement | 2026+

I might be wrong here, but KdK was located on the earthy area between the parking lot and the trees, wasn't it? So with the new coaster apparently going next to it, was there even a reason to tear the King down except to save on maintenance?

What was your first coaster to feature airtime?

First airtime that I realised as such is likely Wild Wild West (now the beloved Bandit) at Movie Park Germany. First "real" airtime is Colossos back in 2002.

List of rides that don't allow glasses even with a strap

Just realised, I’ve had troubles at Parc Asterix with Tonnere 2 Zeus and Toutatis in 2024. Funnily enough, there were no complaints about my glasses in 2023. I was sometimes asked to hold my glasses in my hands, even on Toutatis! So yeah, glasses + straps are too dangerous, better hold it in...

List of rides that don't allow glasses even with a strap

Huracan @ Belantis Is that a new thing with Hype? I recall riding it with glasses back in 2020(?) and the ride-ops having no issue with it.

Project 305 - Intimidator 305 "Transformation" to Pantherian

It used to have a car theme? I'd never guessed, they look so new.

Have you ever self-spited yourself out of a roller coaster?

Got to squeeze in there somehow! If I recall correctly, my thighs were longer than the whole room of the seat, so I had to get creative.

After Ferrari World (Formula Rossssaaaaa).....What Should I Manifest Next?

Depends on where you live. Finding really good rides is difficult enough, but finding unforgettable ones... Let me give it a try Australia - DC Rivals HyperCoaster - best Mack coaster + that Non-Inverting Loop Europe - The Ride to Happiness by Tomorrowland - second best airtime I've ever...

Have you ever self-spited yourself out of a roller coaster?

I do agree with @Howie If you have so many great rides like Viking, Happy Loops or that circus coaster, why bother with that crappy wannabe Giga and the thing that’s unsure if it wants to be a steel coaster or a woodie?

    Vekoma New-Gen Coasters Discussion Thread

It's the most obvious solution to be fair. With the amount of queue-line at Energylandia, they could run it with a dual loading station and still never run out of queue.

    Vekoma New-Gen Coasters Discussion Thread

I don't really see how you could easily add a second train on the Orkanen SFC layout. The layout has two block zones. for those of you who are unfamiliar: A block zone is a section of ride that only one train may occupy at a time. At the end of a block zone.... ahh sorry, wrong Spiel. You only...

Have you ever self-spited yourself out of a roller coaster?

Gebirgsbahn & Grand-Canyon Bahn @ Phantasialand: When I was a child, my uncle took me to a themepark once a year. This was usually WB Movie World (now Movie Park), as it was the closest park to home. However, at some point, he wanted to go somewhere else (he didn't really enjoy Movie World...

    Your Least Common Opinion?

So, I've had some time to let all the impressions of the Giga-Trip sink in, and I think I can deliver some new unpopular opinions: 1) Leviathan is the best Giga-Coaster*. It does more than Fury when it's going fast + has better airtime moments. (*I couldn't do I305/P305/Pantherian!) 2) The...

Six Flags Qiddiya | Saudi Arabia | Theme Park

Keep in mind that swings will have less power than just a single launch. a) the LSMs heat up the more power is being used, and on a swing launch there is way less time for them to cool down in between accelerations. b) the breaking will also add some heat, however, you can simply wait a bit...

    Phantasialand 2025 Additions

I have to admit that I am not quite convinced. To be fair, the Phantasialand interpretation of the fantasy-style was never my cup of tea to begin with, but this just looks so artifical. Most material used is simply concrete that is made to look like something else, combined with extremely bright...

    Canada's Wonderland | Alpenfury | Premier Rides Launch Coaster | 2025

Depends how much they slow down the operation in exchange. The Premier trains are for sure on the tighter side, especially if you sit in the second or third row of a car. Taking away even half an inch will easily result in guests taking a few seconds longer to get in and out of the train.

Fun Spot Atlanta | ArieForce One | RMC IBox Steel Coaster | 2023

Not sure if anyone is still interested in this one, but I got the g-forces: https://youtu.be/9h0u__1QYDA?si=Y4J9uCiXMMW9xDwO

The future of Euro Mir at Europa Park

It is rotated, but that kinda fits the theme. Seen at the park today. Michael Mack did also confirm recently that the ride will remain at the park, but the experience will be more immersive and the layout will be changed.
