It shows on CC as a duplicate. So you can tick both Nemesis and Nemesis Reborn separately but it only counts as one.

This looks and sounds very feasible and sensible to me. The second option is a really cool idea and reminds me of Big Grizzly Mountain. The first option would work if it was a spinner as well.

I also thought they were the old ones refurbished but the seat pillars are different. They have a rounded welded shape at the top of each of them. This could just be the old seat pillars with new fixings or plates added to strengthen them but they are different in a way.
The track definitely looks strange but it is really smooth. I liked the detail in the front car with the speedometer and fuel guages. Shame they don't move with the ride though.
Rode this several times yesterday. It's a really fun and very smooth ride. Was super popular and is a great fit for the park. Didn't go down once as far as I saw.
I can see this getting cloned around as all the supports stop at the lowest point at the same height, with concrete footers...
Unless a a retrack will help resolve any potential maintenance issues they may have, i feel a new set of trains, a power wash and repaint would be a much better option.
Or just remove it entirely.
I have to 100% agree. The capacity i'm sure did come up at the discussion stage but obviously passed off as "it'll be alright". How on earth they could have accepted it is beyond me. Now they have no choice but to deal with it. Pretty much every enthusiast would have been able to say...
I do count, but the counting is just for me. Whether someone has ridden 100 or 1000 it doesn't bother me.
