I believe the park posted today that the ride won't open till next year. I visited the park for their Halloween event tonight and it looks much more impressive in person. I also wonder how it loads as the train is pretty high off the ground

Interesting, might be worth stopping by when visiting parc asterix! France seems to have a bit of a niche for wooden family coasters, with Timber and Wood express already in the country.

Totally agree with your thoughts on Steve. The first half is great but it overstays it's welcome and becomes an endurance test as it jackhammers you into the lap bar in the second half. More isn't always better.
