I have recently been to the park and I honestly found the ride really disappointing - while the ride was clean, the effects inside the mountain weren't too well hidden (the track was visible inside the mountain) and the ride was unbearably rough - so much so that I went on it once at the start...

Personally, although I have only been on one portable coaster, I wouldn't count them in general. I would however count one if it was as famous/large/exciting as a park coaster (rides such as Olympia Looping or Eurostar), but the problem there is which ones to count and which don't.

The mirror effect on the Snow White ride at DLP took me by surprise, even though it's quite simple. The queen is stood in front of a mirror with her back turned to the riders, revealing a witch in the mirror. I also agree with the ballroom effect on the Haunted Mansion just because of its sheer...

Tomahawk at PA is actually a really fun ride - especially without the seat belt. Minimum height is only one meter with an adult. I know Vampire at Chessington is considered a family coaster, but the ride is intense for the 1.1m restriction. I remember crying on my first ride as a child :(

^Shambhala has the track as the theme. The tall hills in theory paint a picture of the Himalayas, and although it kind of works, you wouldn't know unless you are told. Anyway, I think the theming on Silver Star looks quite good, with the Mercedes F1 theme (even though I haven't been).
