Greatest guff for any American amusement parks - parking price. Absolutely criminal to have $30-$40 standard pricing, which quickly eats into any cheap ticket cost advantage, especially for Six Flags. But you want to know a park with $36 admission price and no parking fee? Liseberg. Was...

Second hydration - I make sure to drink at least a liter of water the night before and another morning of park going, especially in hot weather. Dehydration causes constriction of blood vessels and can definitely catch up with creating headaches and dizziness!

On this subject, can I rave about the toilets at Gronalund? Absolute whimsy and gorgeous architecture abound, each rest room different than the next. We started making it a point to pop our head in each as we went round the park. 😅

For whatever it's worth - renting a car will always be the recommended play for getting to SFGAdv. Yes there's an age limit typically of 25 (though I think in NY you can rent at 18?) - but it's by far the most convenient, time effective way to visit from NYC, Philadelphia, etc. What's more...
