    Your Coaster Years

I might've spent a good half hour on this... 1993 - Kumba - Busch Gardens Tampa (born two days before me!) 1994 - Flitzer - Playland's Castaway Cove (a ride of my childhood) 1995 - Mind Eraser - Six Flags America (a bunch of SLCs opened this year and this is my least favorite) 1996 - Santa...

Wow quality analysis, I'm sure a majority of people should be outraged

Marineland of Canada (may) be closing/sold

I wouldn't be surprised to see another Merlin park, they don't have a Canadian park yet

Oldest amusement ride you've been on?

Jack Rabbit at Clementon Park almost definitely, built in 1919. Not sure which Carousels and other flats that I've ridden pre-date that

    Last Cred Review

I went down to Atlanta for coasters for the first time this Saturday. Between Fun Spot and SFOG I got some great rides. I unfortunately missed out on a huge one, Goliath, because of one train ops, a massive line, and some poor planning. I'll be back for redemption, but this review is all...

Rank the B&M coasters in Florida

    1. Mako - I'm a big B&M hyper fan, and this is my fav one for now 2. Montu - every element hits, about as good as an invert can be 3. Kumba - about neck and neck with Montu, maybe my favorite zero g roll of all time, among the most relentlessly paced coasters I've ever been on 4. SheiKra - hard...

    Best six flags park

Aw I wouldn't say SFGAdv is soulless, aside from the two DC areas near Superman/Green Lantern and Batman/Dark Knight. I like the shady walkways and the lake and drinking margs by El Toro.

Worlds of Fun | Zambezi Zinger | GCI (partial) Titan Track | 2023

Woah I had no idea there was a construction blog on the park's website, is this an ordinary thing?

    Your Least Common Opinion?

Kings Island is my least fav CF park. All of their coasters have a really annoying flaw which leaves me pretty unsatisfied. Orion is rattly and the elements besides the first drop don't hit. Mystic Timbers feels repetitive and unsatisfying and the GCI lap bars don't let you get much airtime...

Small News From The Theme Park Industry

Hellcat's opening will be delayed again this year due to (desperately needed) track work. Clementon Park's website states in Hellcat's ride description: "TRACK IMPROVEMENTS UNDERWAY - Stay tuned for the Hellcat's return this summer!" Anyone have any details about the track work...

T3 is done for at Kentucky Kingdom

I see them loading up on some new vekomas, maybe a family boomerang and a thrill coaster, they're definitely due for something in 2024/25

Indiana Beach I All American Triple Loop | Quimera (Dreier Looper) relocation | 2024

This is the 2nd straight year I'm making the trip out to ride this thing, I'll be there in early July, just hoping to see some sort of testing soon 🤞

What other hobbies do you have?

I play trombone and I'd bet I'm not the only one here lol. That's like my career though and coasters are my main hobby. Non-coaster hobbies are hiking, baking, drawing, and playing basketball.

Small News From The Theme Park Industry

Terrible pic from my car stopped at the intersection just outside the park but what are these things? Also the other purple ride disappeared off of the back of whatever truck brought it in, it looked like big curved rounded frame pieces, unless it's refurbed pieces of their old flying flat ride...

Small News From The Theme Park Industry

Anyone hear anything about what's happening at Clementon Park for 2023? I saw a new purple ride in the parking lot for a while, and last week I saw a ton of cars for what looked like some sort of spinning ride. I drive by it almost every week but don't ever have time to scope it out.

    Rank the RMCs

    1. Iron Gwazi 2. Steel Vengeance 3. Twisted Timbers 4. Wicked Cyclone 5. Jersey Devil Coaster 6. Storm Chaser In 2023 I'm for sure adding ArieForce One, Twisted Cyclone, Goliath, and Outlaw Run, possibly adding New Texas Giant, Iron Rattler, and WoWoGoLaCo if I can find time to get to Texas.

Mindbender at Galaxyland to be retired

Lol if there's anything that makes me feel confident in a ride being scrapped it's a dumpster that says "WE BUY SCRAP METAL". RIP Mindbender, I hope Dreier Looping opens this year in time for my trip to Indiana Beach (which is what I said about a year ago)
