    Underrated Family Coasters

Mine Train Ulven is a great family coaster. Especially in the back at night <3 And yeah, the Tibidabo vekoma!

Djurs Sommerland | Drage Kongen | Intamin Suspended Family Coaster

I rode it today and I hope that Intamin and the park find a solution, because in its current state it's quite a poor coaster. It's very very rattly, and at the same time very dull/forceless. I think Kvasten is miles and miles better. If it was glass smooth, it would be a decent family coaster...

    Blue Fire, seriously?

I love Blue Fire. But then again, I'm the kind of enthusiast that can appreciate less forceful coasters as long as they are fun. Forces aren't everything to me. Blue Fire is such a comfortable, re-ridable, fun family-thrill coaster with a couple of stand-out elements (the inversions mainly). I...

    Most forgettable coaster you've ridden?

For me it's Nickelodeon Streak. In a park with so many similar woodies, I can't remember much from this one. Except that it didn't have any airtime.

    Favourite pre lift hill moments

I love the little pre-lift show of Baron. It's so atmospheric.

    Ploptrix | Trip Reports

I'm a bit confused why everybody finds Anubis rough. I rode it yesterday expecting it to have gotten much rougher since two years ago but I found it pretty smooth. Granted, I've only ridden it in the front, but it was running great. Took me five rides to even notice the slight vibration at...

    Mack Rides Mega Coaster Restraints

My fave restraints. Ultra comfy, you feel exposed and you get a lot of airtime with them. The shape of the seat is also perfect. I also love how the floor is quite low so your legs are dangling.

Efteling | Symbolica | ETF Rides Trackless Dark Ride

I finally rode it today and I loved it. I got four rides on it. One ride of each tour and then a re-ride on the treasure tour. Queue was moving pretty fast and the single rider queue is a blessing! It was 5 mins all day. It's utterly gorgeous visually. Incredibly themed all over. It looks much...

    Best Coaster Game?

Planet Coaster hands down. It has everything I want in a theme park simulator. The coaster builder is great, the detail is incredible and it's so much fun to play. No Limits is good for what it is, but I dom't really enjoy it. RCT 1 and 2 are nostalgic but very dated now. RCT3 is inferior to...

Walibi Belgium ready for its transformation!

I hope for Mack or B&M. I don't trust Vekoma and their disgusting vests. Please be a Mack....

Love how you consider Cu Chulainn a "small" woodie comparing it to Twister and Tomahawk :p

Where is the line drawn between family & thrill?

Yeah, I wouldn't consider Anubis a family coaster. Intense launch, ejector airtime and inversions. To me the upper part of family coasters is something like Joris. Those are still suitable for the whole family, yet thrilling enough.

    Saddest Top Ten Removals

To be clear, I meant I would've loved it more than I do now. I highly doubt I would've loved it more than Helix because I simply find Helix a better coaster, even if I'd ride Taron with the hottest supermodel on the planet ;) Anyway, I don't think I'm too sad about a removal yet. But when Joris...

    Saddest Top Ten Removals

Oh crap, the real reason why it's my #1 has been exposed  In all seriousness, it's sometimes understated how much of an influence the company/group has, both positively and negatively. I've done both Gröna Lund and Helix alone and with amazing company at some point and had an absolute...

    Saddest Top Ten Removals

You guys should've done a better job of convincing me to join. I blame you :p I've done Helix alone, with one other friend, with a group of hot Swedish girls, and it's still my #1. It doesn't need a group of CFers to be the best ;)

    Your "Quirky" Bucket List

Colorado Adventure is certainly not the best themed Mine Train. Especially the indoor parts are very bare. But it's just so insane for what it is. In the back seat you get thrown out of your seat so much on some of the drops and it just feels crazy. It's so much fun.

Coldest, Wettest, and Hottest you've been at a park?

Coldest - First time I visited Gröna Lund. I was shaking all day because it was so rainy and colder than expected. That warm tunnel on Jetline was very pleasant. But I loved the park so much that it's still a day I remember very fondly. Hottest - Probably my first visit to Toverland. 35 degrees...

    "Now Showing"

Get Out This film came out of nowhere, but it's awesome! Good mix of humour and suspense. Very creepy story and I love the way it slowly unfolds with a couple of twists. You know something is wrong but you can't quite put your finger on what exactly. I love these kind of mystery films. Life I...
