According to the blog, the track circuit is complete. Don't know if that means all track work or what but June 23rd seems really far out if all track work is complete.

While it's disappointing that it appears to be delayed, here's some ZZ porn... If these transitions are taken with any speed at all, this will be pretty snappy
They're doing something to me but it is not good. Would've been better if the entire zero car was a wildcat head kind of like the rattler on Iron Rattler or the alligator on Iron Gwazi. The cat breaking thru the wood just looks cringe.
Yeah between the ground clearance and this tunnel that looks like it is going to have the clearance of Beast's tunnel... Cannot wait to ride though as it looks fantastic.
From Facebook
Per the blog, on February 8th the mid course tunnel construction began.

I have to think that if this thing is to open with the park on April 8th that track work and heavy construction will be complete sooner...
I guess I like Steel Vengeance's lockers. If I'm marathoning, I'd just leave my stuff in the lockers for a two or three laps before checking my stuff and renewing a locker... I usually am down to take a breather after three laps on it to save my thighs anyway, ha!
That said one bad one for...
Had a post typed up last night but ended up deleting stating Safari Tours was going to be like Miami River Lumber Company, Area 72 or Outpost 5 or probably most similarly, Jungle X-Pedition at Kings Dominion.
While it still isn't Disney level theming, Cedar Fair seems to have stepped up its...
The thing that I keep going back to is the Infinity Flyer train. No reason for Worlds of Fun and Cedar Fair presumably to have purchased the presumably more expensive Infinity Flyer train over the Millennium Flyer train if it was going to be a family coaster.
But, at the same time, I want a...
As a fyi, that Steel time includes the fabrication. Once on site construction starts, the time to construct a steel coaster is a matter of months. This is probably favorable for the WoF coasters timeline too since the "track stack" will be pre-fabricated vs being constructed on site.
As a part of it, Worlds of Fun has a kind of "cult" like fandom. It is the same thing you see with Kansas City's sports teams (Chiefs and Royals). I think it really does have something to do with how far the area is away from traditional vacation spots. I think the enthusiasm has always been...
Work is my issue too. I don't live in the metro so I'd need to take a whole day but... I've never been to an announcement before so I'm still thinking about making the trip on the 11th
I'll be really surprised if there is a spiral lift. I know that's a rumor but it isn't really necessary. No need to complicate a prototype with something that is only an aesthetic and adds next to nothing to the ride experience... A launch will be ambitious enough.
Timber wolf is still more than tolerable and gets more ridership than I'd expect given its bumps. I will maintain, in an odd row (off wheel seats) it is a pretty enjoyable ride
You're good. I think that somebody is trolling screamscape. I think Dorney is getting the rumored shuttle coaster in 2023 and WoF is getting something supported by wood as well.
