How successful has your 2017 been?

New Creds: 18 Milestone: Getting my 200th cred with the amazing Taron :) Best new park: Phantasialand Surprising new cred: Has to go to Thunderbolt at Coney Island - really smooth and a genuinely fab coaster although Cyclone was pretty good too! Worst new cred: Toss up between Temple of the...

Olympia Looping returning to Winter Wonderland?

The new cred is the coaster called "Santa's Spinning Coaster" which I rode on Saturday - it was ok :)

    Coaster "Magic Seats"

The back left seat of Nemesis is rather special for me as the forces are fab, especially the Helix at the beginning - awesome. I recently did the front row of Taron and that was pretty amazing too :)

    Milestones in Your Counts

I recently got my 200th which was Taron at Phantasialand (I purposely wanted it to be something fab and it didn't disappoint!) Other milestones were: 50 - Dragon Khan 100 - Montu 150 - Wilde Maus XXL

    Favourite Park Entrance

I have to disagree about Liseberg's entrance, I really like it :) - the art deco look is quite cool tbh and of course it's great when you get inside the park :)

    Favorite Park Song/Music

I've got quite a few favourites (some of which have already been mentioned) but other great tunes include the Laser show theme Europa Park used to have called Mystere. Also, the Matterhorn Blitz theme is fab and quite possibly be of the catchiest tunes I know :)

What is the weirdest flat ride you've seen/ridden?

Oh yes the Crazy Train - that is the worst flat ride I've been on as well as being unusual :D

What is the weirdest flat ride you've seen/ridden?

The weirdest flat rides I've been on are: 1. Sea Panic - which was kind of like a stand up tagada that was located at Wonderland in Sydney. 2. Mission Space - the KMG tower ride a bit like a star flyer but madder and awesome :) 3. Time Machine at Adventure Island in Southend - very unique but...

    Saddest Top Ten Removals

The only one I can think of at the moment is Superman Escape at WBMW - it was my number one coaster for a long time until I rode Helix at Liseberg (my current number one) but I still place S.E as my number 2! :)

Coldest, Wettest, and Hottest you've been at a park?

Coldest - Most of the fireworks days at Alton Towers for me and also Thorpe when they did February half term openings. Wettest - Not sure about this one but I've had several visits to parks where it's rained a lot for some of the day but not all. Hottest - When I went to Busch Gardens in...

    Top Coaster Moments

Yes, that's also one of my favourite coaster moments, especially when it then goes into the zero g roll, it's just awesome :) Also, I love the launch into the top hat bit of Helix - such a great moment of a fab coaster all round. I love Superman Escape at Warner Bros Australia but I do like...

    Top Non-Coaster Rides

Mine would be in no particular order: Harry Potter & The Forbidden Journey - IOA Hex - Alton Towers - one of the best things at a UK theme park in my view Huss Break Dances as a whole - just a fabulous flat ride. Mondial Top Scans - ones that are run well such as The Beast at Fantasy Island...

    Most Unexpected Ride Announcements

I think for me I was surprised when Europa Park announced they were building a woodie for the park as it's a coaster type I didn't expect them to install. But very glad they did as Wodan is fab :)

    Your Volare count

Only done Hero at Flamingoland which wasn't as bad as I thought it would be :)

How could Derren Brown's Ghost train at Thorpe be improved?

I think that in the VR sections where it shows the rest of the train carriage empty, it should have other passengers in it too as having the whole train looking empty seems a bit odd to me (even though I love Ghost Train and think it is very clever). I reckon this tweak would improve it...

Olympia-Looping at London's German Christmas Market

I'm really looking forward to going on this as it's a coaster I've wanted to go on for a long time. I also took a wander to Hyde Park today and couldn't resist taking a picture :)

    Obscure Enthusiasms

As well as being a coaster enthusiast, I'm also a massive fan of Australia & New Zealand - from their films and TV to music as well - I have a pretty large collection of these and to increase the numbers, I use several websites to order items as not many UK retailers stock them. I've actually...

    A Trip to the Theatre

I saw the musical of the film Groundhog Day recently and it was really amazing (especially as I'm a fan of Tim Minchin who did the music and lyrics). I haven't seen the film but had an idea of what it was about and I loved it from the many impressive illusions to all the amusing bits in it...

Olympia-Looping at London's German Christmas Market

I've also heard from a friend that OL will be going to Winter Wonderland (which I assume what's been called the German Christmas Market?) and they'd talked to the operators at Prater. But of course we shall have to wait and see but it would be awesome as it's the travelling coaster I most want...

    Your worst spite

The only spite I've had was when I went to Florida and Hollywood Rip Ride Rocket was closed when Maurer coasters had that restraint issue so I'm quite glad about that. I thought I'd miss out on Superman Escape at WBMW as when me and my friend got to the park, it was raining and they had a sign...
