Ben, Once again you prove my point about how fragile your ego is by having to reply. I'm flattered that an established troll is willing to take time out of his day to be so emotional. Am I really living rent free inside your head? Now begone before someone drops a house on you.
The strange...
Actually, the problem is that you (and several other posters - they identified themselves above) like to apply emotion to posts and take everything personally. Sure, I probably answered a question with some sass a time or two. Get over it and stop being fragile snowflakes.
The difference being that I actually add content to the thread whereas he's yet to add anything. I'm surprised a troll like Ben has lasted this long on CF
Is it possible for you to post without being a complete asshole? I know I'm not only one tired of you parading around here thinking you're hot ****. Give it a rest already - no one cares. Do you ever add anything of merit to this forum?
^I just got measured yesterday and I'm 6'5" now. (Who would have guessed a 36yo would still be growing?). I literally could not fit in the back seat of the car without contorting my body. So that's probably the main reason I hate Vortex this year
It's hard to get the real feel of the ride from a simulation. Personally I feel it would be best to just wait and ride the actual coaster then to over psychoanalize an artist's interpretation.
Well the concrete foundation portion wentbway over budget, but that's what you get when you build on "fill"
There's no guarantee the stop will still happen. However Brad stated there would be up to 3 trains on the course at a time so the stop may be for blocking purposes. That's my guess on...
Pretty much none of it. You will be able to see the first drop through windows in the queue line (these windows are very tall - pretty much floor to ceiling). Really, even now, you can barely see the station for the ride unless you go to ThuNderaTion's entrance.
The only viewing platform will...
I'm curious as to why your interest has dropped. Of the new rollercoasters announced yesterday, this was really the only groundbreaking one (and one could maybe argue HangTime).
I don't understand the statement? Are you talking about the temporary bridge they've built across the gap where the track will go? They did something similar in Outlaw Run's station and since we are getting a tour for the media event I'm pretty positive that's why it's there.
I find Vortex at KI to be extremely rough (on me). The main issue is that I am tall, so I don't fit very well in the Arrow cars - and especially if I have to sit in the back of a car.

Some progress on the station.
