Visited last Sept and struggled to ride Dream Hunters as a single rider. Eventually got batched with a lady and her two kids much to their bemusement. The highlight of the ride is the view of the ride graveyard behind it.
I found the staff very lacklustre on my visit last year. Will be interesting to see if they gain any more enthusiasm once they reopen. Leaving their mobile phones in the staff room would be a start.
Visited recently. Having a no re-ride policy on Hyperion and Zadra, resulting in having to walk the never-ending queueline coupled with not dispatching a train until it was completely full tested the patience! The park has a massive problem with staff issuing their mobile phones. All six ride...
My five day trip to both parks in October will cost me just over £200 and that’s covering everything, flights, hotels, transport costs and park tickets.
The same thoughts as myself. I rode the second train (train two on it’s first run) of the day and felt it could offer more. I returned later and wow it was really flying. I personally enjoyed the front seat more than the back. I’m sure to return again in the future for more rides.
I’m looking to visit next year in conjunction with a visit to Chicago, so any accommodation tips there and at Cedar Point would be appreciated. I’m hoping to stay at Breakers if there are any sort of deals available before we go.

What did sometimes slow down operations were riders pulling down the restraint once they’d fastened their seatbelts. There are repeated...

Managed to get back row on the second train yesterday and although impressed I felt the ride hadn’t quite warmed up.
Came back a couple of hours later and rode the front row a couple of times and it was a much better wilder ride.
Amazed that on its first full day of public operations the...
Thanks for the report. It has been on my bucket list for many years and I’m planning to visit in May/June 2020.
Thinking of visiting for Coastermania and also tag on a couple of extra days at the park as part of a larger road trip.
