The thing that makes me question it is the 100 minute length, is that going to be long enough to properly enjoy your food? It's around 13 minutes a course, but what do they do if you haven't finished the previous course before it's time to move on? Do they just take your plate and give you a...
Because if you restrict profits they won't have any money to put back into the economy through higher wages and investment! /s
Only bright spot in the day so far is that Priti Patel has gone, so at least we won't have to see her smug smirk next to headlines about sending "those" people back...
It's the local authority that splits zone 3 down into 3a and 3b, you can find the maps here: http://maps.runnymede.gov.uk/website/maps/index.html#
(A fact that took me far too long to figure out and even longer to find the maps :P )
Seems odd that the council has the authority to classify the...
I always thought it was because having the wheels on the outside required tighter tolerances? Or internal wheels allowed the looser tolerances woodies need?
I kinda wish it said "this is our house now" instead! Imagine a Madness-inspired, 21st version of 'Nights in white satin' in 'Ska-ry wood'.
I could see a simple trackless re-fit, with it basically following the same layout until the final scene where the walls could be removed and some evil...
OMG, Merlin (Attractions Operations Limited) are being forced to close down and liquidate! /s
I was presented with this article by the ALGORITHM and found it weird that merlin are in a debt dispute with Experian. Did they think someone had stolen their identity and they needed to check their...
Just have the tilt be able to tilt forward or backwards! A fast switch at the bottom to connect both options to the same layout and bob's your mum's brother
The starflyer has mint views over the water and gives amazing perspectives of how everything is crammed into a quarter of pleasure beach.
It's also nearly 400ft high and catches the wind every rotation, spinning the seats. 400ft up. We did it just to say we'd done it and don't have to ride it...
I adore the fact that the restraint type is the most interesting thing about the testing footage!
It doesn't seem to do anything special, and what it does do will probably be irritatingly rattley within weeks

It's such a silly ride to see up close! The supports are just silly, the weird little cut-outs in walls and door frames for supports are silly, the downhill brakes are just silly! I would have loved to be a fly on the wall as the park pitched the idea to B&M :P
The first drop has a really nice...
Having not had the time write a trip report, I have to say I agree with pretty much everything you said about Grona Lund! Although Jetline sits higher for us, including a fairy tale sunset ride to end the holiday :P
We decided the only way to describe the theming, is that Grona Lund is themed...
I do like a good inversion, but they're not the deciding factor of how much I like a ride. I think the inversion has to make sense in the flow of the layout, otherwise it feels awkwardly tacked on just to say it goes upside down!
