I'm with Thom here, for most Dutch people it's been their first proper rollercoaster experience and seeing it go would probably cause way more up-roar than updating it.
I'm sure UK folks wouldn't like it if AT decided to scrap Nemesis either, even if it suddenly becomes rough and unpleasant to...
That would be Halloween, wouldn't it (31/10/17)? That does roughly fit with the time AT reveals their new attractions for next year.
Also don't think Fireworks will have anything to do with SW8 yet, it's a bit too soon. I imagine 2018's Fireworks will be all about SW8 though.
They should be, at least last year that was the case. They just won't let you in if the park is already full and you didn't pre-book (which you can't do with these).
I would be more gutted if there wasn't a random rubber duck somewhere in the station or in the queue.
Caught myself getting a bit hyped the other day when I was in the park with non-goons who got all excited about the construction site. Help.
Plus drone regulations are very strict in Germany, you can't just go up that high without permission and take photos of what is technically private owned land.
Didn't PHL say the new area would be opening in 2018 already?
As Caffeine-Demon says, the normal day tickets for Movie Park already include the Halloween event in the evening, no need to purchase an extra ticket!
Unless someone is arriving past 3PM, in which case an After-Dark Ticket can be bought on the day.
I was going to, but then I found out public transport will stop going up to the Towers literally the day before, so I no means of getting there sadly. :(
Really want to do Fireworks again this year, but First Group Bus has stopped going up to the Towers so I have no way of going nor returning to the resort >.<
Aren't the dragons tied to different areas of the park anyway?

I could imagine Phenie could be part of it, although I see the attraction sitting more in the Berlin Boulevard rather than Fantasy (which would be...
If I remember correctly PHL always had to struggle for new space because of obnoxious neighbours and the council shooting down their expansion plans. I don't see them sacrifice more parking spaces like they already did for Klugheim anytime soon.
I also think the new ride will be more family...
That does remind me, you guys should make sure to buy the tickets in advance, as you're unable to buy them on the day/ticket gate for Movie Park!
All horror mazes and houses are included in the ticket entrance (expect the Walking Dead one), so make sure to queue up early for the ones you want to...
Just like last year, they forgot to put an English translation on their website.
You can find the German one here with the times and such, but I'm sure they'll let you know during check-in as well. Otherwise just mention it.

That does sound more and more like Wickerman theme to me. AT must be quite confident to already include part of the SW8 theming in this year's Scarefest line up.
I might check it out from a very far and safe distance...
Fyi for those doing PHL: Just like last year, they offer hotel guests entry to Klugheim for one hour after the park has closed. So Taron at night is going to be possible!
