    Your Least Common Opinion?

*dons fireproof overalls* I really don't get the appeal of wooden rollercoasters. I've been on the Blackpool set (minus the mouse, RIP), Woden and Stampida thus far. I find SLCs quite fun and enjoyable. THE SWARM is the best rollercoaster in the UK DBGT is one of the best dark rides I've...

    Best Introductory Coasters

I would recommend a Mack Mega Coaster personally, especially Blue Fire. Not too forceful, comfy lapbars and silky smooth. The heartline roll might be too much for some though. Thirteen (or Darkmare at Cinecitta world) is a good bridge between Mine Trains and something more extreme. Swarm /...

    Efteling Replacing Python.

You could have said the same about The Incredible Hulk at Universal, how they could have 'improved' it (LSM launch, different style trains etc) but then it wouldn't have been The Incredible Hulk. Think of it a refresh rather than a replacement. (I'm aware that the queue line for Hulk was...

    Park with worst GP?

Another vote for Thorpe Park. It's my local park and has some of my favorite rides but I'm never ever going again during the summer or Half Term. Full of loud, obnoxious people and the queue jumping is terrible. Nope, nope and indeed nope.

    UK's Future BIG Coasters

In regards to Thorpe Park it sounds like they are seeking out something different for their next big ride, something that will 'sell itself'. In my eyes that's a big (not necessarily tall though) fairly conventional rollercoaster. Something like a B&M Hyper, Mack/Intamin Mega, Vekoma Multi...

PortAventura | Ferrari Land | New Area

Sorry to revive an old topic but do we know how well Ferrari Land did this past year? I went in July, just before the school holidays, and the place was pretty deserted. Did it pick up?
