How can anyone dislike Helix's queue? It's better than 90% of US queues. It is kinda themed and it has the best station soundtrack ever made.
And that's not all. It also has a pretty alright queue soundtrack.
That's not even all. There is also this absolute beauty of music and many more in...
Unlikely. If they just went to Australia for test rides then they probably aren't even in the design phase yet, yet alone permit applications and finally construction.
Furuviksparken is currently laying quite low with their PR. In December their chimpanzees escaped, 4 were killed and the rest were injured with gun wounds. If I understood it correctly the escaped chimpanzees killed an endangered turtle, a couple of spiders and some fish. The chimpanzees were...
If guests were let in every 10 minutes and the ride cycle is 5 minutes, then 5 minutes was for load, unload and seatbelt check. It does seem a bit slow but not entirely unreasonable.
Yesterday was was my last Liseberg visit this year and my last Luna construction update ever. With over 50 visits staring at this thing, it will be incredibly exiting to finally ride it in April.
Anyways. A lot has happened since last time. More track has arrived, another track section of the...
Did maths level 4 in high school. It's the lowest level of maths in Swedish high school that gives you access to absolutely everything at university. There is also maths 5 but that gives you no more university access than level 4. Dreaded studying it and I didn't even need it. Studying at a...
I don't think it's the first option, it just doesn't make sense. In the greater scheme of things the difference in salary is peanuts.
The second option is likely. Especially if they have already headhunted someone for the job. For that new person to be able to take the job they need to get rid...
Yes, it is expensive to ship things from Sweden to the US but I doubt there are any Inatmin xcelerator parts left in the country. Kanonen left us a long time ago.
Maybe Cedar Fair might not want to buy new Intamin coasters but I am certain that Cedar Fair doesn't want to put their guests in...
If I am not mistaken, Intamin still supports the model. Thereby there should be no issue in getting the parts. The only proble is the time that it may take to get them.
Avatar: The Way of the Water - If meh can be used to describe a film than this is it. It gives me Rise of Skywalker vibes, though I wasn't offended by it. All the intrigue of the first movie was gone and the whole thing turned into a 3 hour family friendly conservationist advertisement.
Maybe they temporarily removed the outer seats to fit it inside a shipping container? A standard shipping container is 2352mm wide on the inside, so it should fit. Maybe to send it back to Italy? The mounts and screws are left for the outer seats.
With the old Kraken colours.
Except for the obvious B&M track I like it, the layout is indeed original. Two Immelmans, a vertical loup, and the off axis airtime hill. This looks pretty decent. Going from SLC clones to this is a major step. If they continue at this phase I wonder where they...
Same here. Could almost hear the evil laugh and feel the heat of the fire. At the same time I was wishing that I was at PHL instead of in a movie theatre watching a stupid movie. Liked the first one, disliked this one.
Also forgot to rank the Star Wars films. I used to be a huge Star Wars fan, was into lots of Star Wars legends and the books. Especially loved the Thrawn trilogy by Timothy Zahn. Since then I have mostly moved on to being a Trekkie (betrayed Star Wars, sorry). But I still watch all Star Wars...
Indeed it was. Truly incredible. Great to finally see a great Star Wars series since the disappointments of Kenobi and Book of Boba Fett. We haven't really gotten good Star Wars since the Mandalore arc in Clone Wars season 7.
