Apparently they have, this was a letter from SeaWorld to investors.

They will have time to build it for spring next year if they resume construction in June but finance may be the issue

Got all 8 creds tho and went on both drop towers. Their top spin was extremely painful on the legs, I went on Alton tower’s one a few years ago (closed now) and it was much more comfy.
