Yeah from my one ride on it, I recall there being a lot more positive G's in the section between the first airtime hill and the second launch. Laterals don't really come into play until the end of the ride.
Yes, it’s probably the third best in the park. I enjoy Fury and Afterburn more, since they’re more intense, but I think it slightly edges out Intimidator (though not by much).
Since I don’t have any other Macks to compare it to, to me, it felt a bit like a slightly more intense version of a...
Just rode it tonight, It’s an extremely fun coaster. I don’t have any other Mack Megas to compare it to, as I’m not as well-traveled as most on this site, but while it’s not very intense, it’s super-rerideable, and I’d probably rank it above Intimidator at the park.
The second launch was a...
I’m actually anticipating this more than any other coaster in 2019, and Copperhead Strike is opening at my home park. I’ve always had Big Grizzly Mountain as one of my bucket list coasters, and since I doubt I’ll get to Hong Kong anytime soon, this looks somewhat similar to it. Only this looks...
It’all definitely be unique. You double up into it, then you take a tight curve which will produce some g’s, and then it hangs you for a good two seconds. That’s a variety of sensations for one element of the ride.
Cedar Falr usually gets their attractions open on their parks’ opening days. Carowinds’ 2019 opening day will likely be March 30th (last weekend in March), with a pass preview night on the 29th, and a media day sometime between that Monday and Thursday.
I really appreciate all the responses here! SwiftSnakeProductions recently made a video showcasing the recreation, so this is what it looks like in video form:

I've been working on this for a few months. I originally made one in September and posted it in October, but I felt that the layout was to inaccurate. So I used videoboards to place the actual ride blueprints down, and I recreated...
The only thing I’m saying is that Over Georgia could be an untapped market a la Dollywood and Carowinds. It’s a different case from a park like Worlds of Fun or Valleyfair, which have market sizes that are both half the size of SFOG’s and have direct competition, in addition to being low growth...
With Over Georgia being my closest Six Flags park, I'd love to see something like Maxx Force.
I'm surprised Six Flags is just now eyeing Over Georgia as one of their flagship parks. It sits in the same position as Dollywood and Carowinds, as it's in the middle of a population with large growth...
The RMC looks great. It looks like they were able to incorporate more direction changes than previous designs, though I'm sure this being both ground-up and a steel coaster helps in that aspect. The rest of the themed area looks really good.
