Best Fury 325. Easter Sunday 2017. Driving towards Carowinds and seeing their skyline of Intimidator and Fury testing was an amazing start. Better still Fury was a walk on so no wait for front row. Sat down and left the clam shell so that I would not get stapled in. Wow what can I say...
Merlin are so lame!!!!! Let me quess their really expensive “Merlin Magic Macking” team have thought long and hard about this. Merlin Marketing are scribbling down the “worlds first” tag line.............. “worlds first reopened woodie to fuse woof & fire” prob wouldn’t get into as much **** as...

Looking good this coaster tho. I can’t wait to have a go in a couple of years next time I’m in Charleston.
I have to say yes, I have always loved coasters/theme/amusement parks for as long as I can remember.
Prob being 11 and going on the Ultimate back in 1992 on my birthday and rode many more after.
It was me finding this forum many years ago that I guessed I became an enthusiast and enjoyed...

@TPC One of the reasons people don’t go on about Scorpion Express theming is, it’s not a scratch to the old rock work theming it used to have. When it was looked after it looked amazing.
I must admit I too do not dislike Baco. I do Have a soft spot for it.
@Cranedude another pointless post and repeating yourself, or where you in an echoey room.
However they are not messing around with this. I can imagine the track will arrive soon enough, with Vekoma not being too far away. Assuming that’s where the track is being fabricated.
I’m looking forward...
The capacity is my only consern, but like what ATI said it would make a good family addition but only really in smaller parks.
Not sure if the queues would be too mental at a park like maribilandia. Time will tell.
Ah I get what that building is. Universal visited Alton Towers and thought towers was trumping them on theming.
They wanted a towers just like Alton’s.
This coaster tho is looking amazing, I can’t wait to see more theming going up and planting.
It’s so rare that we see such a large coaster...
@ATI That could be only part of the shipment leaving the plant in that photo. Stop being facetious.
I’m quite looking forward to seeing this on the skyline at Busch. Colours should fit in well.
Wouldn’t put it past Merlin claiming the most coach bolts used on a wooden coaster ever.
A woodie at Thorpe Park would be a great addition to their line up with the out of control feeling a woodie gives,
