These "records" and "first-of-a-kind" are really getting ridiculous. From the press release:
The first Double-Launch-Indoor-Coaster in Europe
Germanys first multi-directional roller-coaster
First indoor-roller-coaster that has a backwards launch and is in europe
We get it, the ride is super...
There are standards set by the American Society for Testing and Materials that specify the limits roller coaster manufactures should adhere to when designing a roller coaster.
For negative vertical g-forces these limits are the following (Base Case is a regular restraint, "Prone Restraint"...

I was curious if the added area of Rookburgh would actually increase the capacity of Phantasialand in a meaningful way, since a lot of people always suggest this would be a good way to boost sales.
To find this out, we need the size of PHL, the size of Rookburgh and the current capacity of PHL...
Can anyone explain why the lift-hill is so heavily supported? There are a lot of giga-coasters (i305 comes to mind) that have way fewer supports than this ride, while being almost double the height. The over-supported version is probably cheaper to design, however wouldn't there be cost-savings...

I don't think the images do the wall justice to how it looks in person. I've seen it multiple times in the last few months and it actually looks quite impressive and huge IMO.

I really hope Energylandia works on Zadras queue over the off-season and Abyssus queue will be able to be shortened by quite a bit.
Regarding Zadra: anyone that has been there has an idea if there is potential for the queue to be shortened?
edit: I hope this not too off-topic
Hey there fellow enthusiasts!
How on earth will Energylandia finish this project by the start of April? 3 months to go and the track is far from being finished and there has been no work done regarding the theming.
The only other construction site I'm following as closely as Abyssus is FLY, so...
