I rode The Ride to Happiness last Thursday, and oh boy did it deliver! It was my 100th coaster and is my new #1!
Plopsaland:
The park was pretty crowded since it was one of the last days of summer holidays in Belgium, however that wasn't a huge issue since the park mainly caters to children...
Some nice shots of Abyssus. Can't wait for the summer and (hopefully) ride this thing!

It looks like it almost doesn't make the NICR, the pacing looked a lot faster in the other videos.
Anyways I'm really excited to ride this thing, my #1 for 2021!
P R O G R E S S !
I'm really interested in the amount of theming they will give the ride. One of Colorado's Adventures greatest strengths is travelling between the areas in the dark, I wonder if they'll separate areas of the ride from the other by theming.
Thank you for the super interesting writeup! Would you mind elaborating a bit further on the EU/Polish Government funding topic? There always seems to be a lot of confusion regarding this topic, with sides screaming "everything in there is funded by the EU" and sides screaming "He's a rich...
Do we know what launch system Maverick uses? And do we know what launch system Velocicoaster uses?
The loud sound of Taron's launch does actually not come from the launch fins itself but from the current source inverter (might be the wrong word, on German it's Wechselrichter). If you can put...
Good point. I was focussing my point more on families from abroad staying in Poland for vacation, or families from abroad looking where to book their vacation. Here in Germany a lot of families go to Disneyland or Europa Park in their summer vacation. EL could position themselves as another...
IMO they should start to focus on dark rides and more immersive theming in the park. The coasters itself draw in the coaster enthusiasts, but won't draw the families staying on vacation in Poland.
I've never been at EL but it seems like the "themed" areas (Dragon Zone, Aqualantis, etc.) lack a...
If someone talks about the dark ride section, please use the spoiler feature. I'm going Tuesday and really don't want to know anything about this section of the ride. I can imagine a lot of other people in the thread feel the same.
It's quite funny how we spend years talking about a wall, which in fact most people will only see for about 10 seconds during arrival/departure from the park.
Crazy that we really didn't know what RB would look and feel like from the inside and due to lack of information had to keep ourselves...
I booked a ticket for Tuesday a couple of days ago, uncertain if I'll be able to ride F.L.Y.; this morning I got my confirmation.
The hype is real right now, so real. Made my day, couldn't be happier ?
I'm thinking that if they really open RB soon, they halt the sale of discounted tickets with the announcement.
That's the only (kind of) logical explanation I can come up with, with the co-existence of a Rookburgh opening and discounted tickets.
