It looks definitely tamer than Toutatis. Maybe we'all be wrong and it will feel much faster once we are on it. By the way, is that backwards launch built into the ride sequence or is the second launch going to be a rolling launch?

While it looks good to the naked eye, these themed walls are made with the cheapest materials, the same ones used for the rockwork around Shambhala, which was severely damaged after just one season. If not maintained properly, these walls are going to look faded/like a sore thumb in no time.

I just want to chip and say: children, spell Stampida right. Also, Stampida needs a complete retrack (not small bits) by GCI, new rolling stock (please, Millennium Flyers?) and remove the trims on the first drop.

At least those are quality attractions I waited close to 2 hours for the Minions ride at USF. If only I hadn't visited the park with non-enthusiasts, I could have marathoned Mummy instead.

Toutatis is going to give GCE a run for its money as Europe's best new-for-2023 coaster. Theming and ride hardware look top notch!

As far as I know, the park was aiming at a possible Easter opening. We'll see how testing develops. And as JFrank has mentioned, the park will want as much media attention before this attraction is ultimately outshone by Uncharted.

Unlike Merlin, CdA can actually pull great attractions on a (I guess) tighter budget, and are not afraid to make bold investments (Mystique, Kondaa, Pulsar, Untamed, the pair of RMC raptors, Toutatis...). I don't really mind CdA using containers, as they always find creative ways to incorporate...

Looking at the top hat's picture, I can see that Asterix have a fixation on taking weird photos from underneath big structures, because it is giving me Zeus vibes: Freud joined the chat.

That layout is... a choice. And so is the name. Hopefully the park more than makes up for it with the upcoming RMC Raptor!

Always nice to see parks investing in their flat ride lineup. This one features a nice colour scheme and complements the other rides at BGT nicely: it's the perfect family-thrill ride!

Any coaster with the name 'Escape' in it. I mean, you are basically escaping, just to be back to where you escaped from in a matter of 2 minutes at best. Good job!

Vests are much worse. Simple OTSR are lighter, not as hard to lower by ops, which takes a toll on them at the end of the day. If it aint broke...
