To be honest, people have claimed the more established fairs before - I think I'd allow it. Just submit a 'normal' post with a Google Maps pin link to the location and I'll do the rest. I think for 2025 I'm going to rework the point submissions for temporary fairs.

Oh please, there's always a lumpy-pumpy corner or two in there somewhere. Albeit I'm willing to concede that their family coasters are usually pretty excellent overall. Not that that train looks much like a family coaster train to me, mind...

Should focus on fixing their horrible track shaping rather than new trains... but what do I know...?

I wonder if they'd just leave the tower up and just tear out the launch, hill, station and stuff. Could allow them to keep the drop tower and release the infield for new attractions. It's one of the options I'd bat around if I was in those meetings...

I've decided to lock the EL and SFM threads - those specific coasters are dead now (well... at CP now...). The generic Vekoma one can stay though, that has historically been used for different stuff.

Happy for this thread to stay open as a generic "stuff at the Vekoma factory", but any ride specific bits - can they please be posted in the correct threads. Let me know if you need any help deciding where to put something. :)

I'm sorry to say that I suspect the answer to both of those questions is "complacency". Tragic nonetheless.

To be honest I'd say it sits right in between. I think I'd consider a lot of the older stuff at Universal (Earthquate/Twister/etc) to be "dark rides/other" instead of "shows", so I think this would fall into the same category. Dark/Other is fine. :)

Right - have done my best to fix this. Sorry it's taken so long - this thread completely slipped me by. This thread is locked as there's no need for another thread on the subject. The longer running thread from before will be the Wiener thread, and the new one will be the Fantasiana thread.
