Alright there remains a rumor rattle that this coaster was meant to be a dueling coaster. Is there any truth to this, or just the Dippin Dots guy back up to his old antics?
I was sharing this observation earlier - the Premier Sky Rocket train/track design feels akin to the Arrow multi-looper of old. From humble Kennywood beginnings of a 50 MPH launch and a few corkscrews, it's been impressive to see how far Premier pushes the same platform, now to 72 MPH launch...
lol Giga dive machine. Continuing to think these are farse projects, grounded in measuring reaction to key aspects and characteristics rather than the actual coaster concept.
Yeahhh the Fantastic Beasts movies have been anything but stellar (Secrets of Dumbledore, the latest movie, got a 46% on Rotten Tomatoes); but Universal knows how to spin up attractions on *ahem* movies that bomb on critical reception, yet still offer franchise IP. (e.g. Fast and Furious, Kong...

Inversely, Busch Gardens parks...
So there’s some new action afoot on site, including some new track modifications and track inspection. Unclear what the work is for, but something?
