I went on a rainy December day to Tivoli and Daemonen was running really smoothly.
Dragon Khan on the other hand.... unless you're front row, that thing is pretty rough.
Rita probably, but it's a sad state of affairs when we have a Maurer spinner and a Eurofighter in the running for the most airtime :emoji_laughing::emoji_laughing::emoji_laughing:
That drop into the lake is really rather special. I like the little end bit after the trim too - it's a nice way to finish tbh, especially if the trim lets the train carry a bit more speed once open.
When I went to Toverland I got one amazing ride on Dwervelwind and two not so good ones - I think the layout really needs some spin to make it interesting. The Maurer versions are more inventive IMO in terms of layout but they're also getting kinda old now.
Yawn at this weak reasoning.
If a hybrid woodie with five inversions, 14 airtime moments and an 80-degree drop doesn't do it for you then I'm not sure much will.
There's nothing else like this in Europe atm but it's not good enough huh? Sigh
Let's be honest, if your primary income stream relates directly to visiting UK theme parks, you're not gonna be critical of the largest theme park group out there :emoji_pensive:. Agreed, there's no way these flimsy sheds can be palmed off as appealing if we're speaking honestly.
There's categorically no way this will turn out looking good before opening.
@CrashCoaster use common sense please also. Two weeks is nowhere near enough for a drastic change in appearance - it looks crap now and will in two weeks too.
Ugh it looks so basic. Just a small facade and then fencing.
After visiting some European parks last year, my opinion of AT has dropped considerably, and seeing things like this cements the fact.
Liseberg/ Grona/ Tivoli - each one started out as a traditional amusement park and subsequently made a few impressive investments, while retaining the traditional feel.
Tivoli is probably the nicest
I second this - it's more elongated than a usual dive loop and has a pretty wild feeling IMO.
As for the rest of the ride - it's great front row, but any other row isn't much fun.
