it might be a slanted transfer track (kinda like on powder keg at the start but not as steep) to get it to the right height and i know that would be a little of a weird decision but maybe there was a factor or two that forced them to do so.

im saying they already boarded it up so why would they do that then cut out the wood after?

but there is still work going on in that area plus they didn't leave any room underneath because they have already boarded it up with no holes to be found.
