Does this site all of a sudden rank Lightning Rod as a weak RMC now because it's a little jostly and trimmed a bit? Isn't a bit of roughness what makes wooden coasters fun? And as for the trims, I haven't ridden it since March 2017, so maybe they ruined the ride, but I can't imagine they do that...
I haven't ridden it yet, but this is why I might not place Boulder Dash as high. (Just trying to keep the convo alive ;) ) If a coaster gives better rides at a different time of the day, then it doesn't make the cut as a "Best Ever" coaster. Rides for me like Expedition GeForce and Lightning Rod...
To everyone a couple pages back asking about EGF's trims, I rode it several times, and I think I noticed the trims, maybe once? It was running without throughout the entire day, and just became one of the most endearing and fun coasters I've ridden in a long time.

Okay, I need to hear opinions on two strange rides that I consider credits and others might not.
I haven't ridden either of the type; I'd count them, but would you guys consider Zipline Coasters...

My first ride on Steel Vengeance! What an absolutely amazing coaster! (Yes, I'm a jerk who wears a Six Flags shirt (X2 in this case) at a Cedar Fair park)

Alright. Yesterday was a busy day. Our original plan was to take our dog, Gromit (anyone who knows what the name is referencing gets a follow from me), to a special day at a nature park in the Chicagoland area known as...
My apologies; will fix that right away! Although I can't imagine that the first trip report of the year is the "most humorous." That's what I try to achieve by the time November's trip reports come however!
Welcome to Imagineer Josh's 2018 Mega-Thread of Trip Reports from this year! The goal here is to write the most interesting and humorous trip reports this side of the forum. As a lot of enthusiasts, I'm a credit whore, so you'll see a lot of little stops along the thread as the year goes along...
