Have you been at that location multiple times during the day or not? I had almost the same experience with the spinning coaster, during my visit last june. It was closed till later in the afternoon. And it also looked like it was already closed for a long time.

Then you are lucky. I have done it in 2021, it's opening year, and it was a boring ride. No forces and not a huge speed from those two launches. For me Formula and Lech Coaster were a lot better.
