Re: Movie Park Ger|Star Trek Operation Enterprise|Mack Launc
I've always seen Mack somewhat like a modern day Schwarzkopf in the sense that their major coasters are designed quite elegantly, so it's interesting to see Mack go out of its way to build some really strange elements, and I applaud...
Re: Jarrett + QoS's Local Cred Crawl://Chase Credit 100 (Day
Thank you for referencing me, Jarrett. I always love it when I have cameos in your trip reports in the form of passive aggressive snide comments.
So far, I've been to three Six Flags parks and four Cedar Fair parks. If I would rank SF & CF parks based off my level of interest in each park, it would go as follows:
Six Flags:
Six Flags Fiesta Texas
Six Flags Over Georgia
Six Flags Mexico
Six Flags Discovery Kingdom
Six Flags Great America...
Kentucky Kingdom is known to not be the best in the appearance department but they do make it up with the quality of their additions, with Storm Chaser being no exception to this.
Well, you tried to go on Outlaw Run in December where Missouri can easily get very cold and you attempted to ride Lightning Rod, a prototype roller coaster, on its opening date. I don't want to come off as an a**, but perhaps a little better planning can avoid situations like this?
I wouldn't necessarily say that Thunderhead is an airtime machine, the ride has a lot more focus on laterals. Now, Lightning Rod, on the other hand, oh boy, that will be one heck of an airtime machine.
Intamin. While some of their coasters have not aged well, such as California Screamin', Intamin has produced some of the smoothest coasters I have ever ridden, such as Maverick and Millennium Force. I see B&M mentioned a lot in this thread, though I have experienced a bit too many B&M coasters...
You must realize that both Fury and Leviathan are at parks that already have a sprawling B&M hyper coaster, so it wouldn't make much sense to build a giga that does the same thing.
