As for Lord of the Rings not fitting in, they could do something like the Shire on a smaller plot in this park, and Rivendell or another more grand location at Epic Universe. There is a 17 acre expansion plot at Epic Universe that has been rumored to be a Lord of the Rings expansion.

No Lord of the Rings? I thought for sure they would include that land at a UK park. Maybe in an expansion? But I am excited for what looks to be Back to the Future. I love those movies.
