I’m not sure about Sesame Place, but there are often very good deals on the 2 parks Busch Gardens/SeaWorld tickets. I got tickets around Black Friday and I think it was under $100 to go to both parks or something. Perhaps they’ll have a Memorial Day sale? I would keep your eye on the website.

Huh. Even before I became an enthusiast, I always looked at the map and rides on the website so I could plan my day and get the most out of my time there. I thought that was just a basic thing to do. People seriously show up to theme parks with no plan?!

That’s insane. But also, if you’re going to a theme park, wouldn’t you do research on that park? How do they not know?!

There’s nothing wrong with writing trip reports a bit after you went! I just like to do it sooner so everything is fresh in my memory.

Thanks for your insights! I definitely hope to ride Iron Gwazi. The main factor that intimidated me was the lap bar. But after riding Mako I think I’d be able to do it without any issues. And yeah, Busch Gardens can be confusing too. But I’d argue less so than SeaWorld. And what makes it...

Wait, hold on. So SeaWorld Orlando has Manta, which is a flying coaster. SeaWorld San Diego has Manta, a family launch coaster. And SeaWorld Abu Dhabi has Manta, an intense launch coaster. Why has SeaWorld given the same name to three very different rides?

What model of coaster is that? I don’t think I’ve ever seen something like that before.
