Photographs of the new entrance area under construction from Freizeitpark News NRW on Facebook.
Level unlocked: New Troy viewpoints
You're rude, and, American English?!
Track's beginning to arrive!
Oh, now that blue is lovely... <3
Agreed, this thing is going to be beautiful.
Very vibrant. Can't wait to see it in front of a deep blue sky!
The ride isn't built yet and you are already talking about a relocation in a mediterranean park ! xD
Built it and the weather will come. Isn't that the quote?
The entrance and exit tunnels for the dark ride section of Merlin's Quest. On top of the dark ride section will be a pathway and the entrance for Fenix. The large black structure behind will be Fenix's station.
View towards the Merlin's Quest station from the roof of the dark ride hall. The black circle foundation in the middle will be the site of Fenix's helix.
Merlin's Quest station foundations.
Freizeitpark News also got a look at the 7 different types of flooring that will be used throughout the area.
The station for Fenix. Most of the queueline will also be inside this building.
The Fenix station and Merlin's Quest dark ride hall.
Footers for Fenix.
They've made some great progress with the restaurant 'The Flaming Feather'.
Overview of Avalon.
Really looking forward to the new area!
Also some pictures of the new entrance area under construction.
From Toverlandfansite on Facebook.
Looks nice! When is vertical construction on Fēnix meant to begin, do you know?
Not sure. All the footers and foundations are finished. But other than the station parts there is no other track on site yet.
According to Freizeitpark News work is progressing as planned for their opening date this summer (the date isn't however being made public incase there is a delay). So I imagine it won't be long until it goes vertical.
Also Toverland are rebranding for next year. Here is their new logo:
^I can't help but notice how similar that is to this:-
At least the T no longer looks like a J.
7 different types of flooring! What a Christmas gift!
With these flooring choices you are really spoiling us...
The new logo looks so bland, boring and corporate. Old one was fine and suited the park well. The T / compass logo isn't as bad though.
Good to see construction progressing well on Avalon. And ALL THOSE FLOORS
I actually quite like the new logo!
