And are there any other 'theme park graveyards' about? All I know is Alton Tower's corkscrew memorial at the front of the park...

I think its a convenient way for the parks to avoid having to get rid of the stuff. I mean, it looks so tacky and ****. At least the Corkscrew memorial is really impressive looking.

It does look tacky, but that is what I like about it. Only around Hallween. Otherwise, it wouldn't fit the park that well. What park is this?

Chessington has something similar. Around the back of Transilvania there are several graves for old rides, at least beanoland and 5th Dimension. No actual parts of the rides though.

I know a lot of rides wish Graveyard sections have names and such of imagineers or designers of that exact ride. Some of them even have names of people who sadly passed away who were higher up in the park. Examples of this are Haunted Mansion and (I think) Duel.
