Yea, Schlitterbahn New Braunfels and Schlitterbahn Galveston. Both are extremely well regarded and successful properties.

That's straight up wrong. It's Cedar Fair with Six Flag's name. Six Flag's HQ will cease. Cedar Fair's Sandusky location will stay, the new "Six Flags" HQ in Charlotte will be heavily CF-populated and the new company will still get traded with Cedar Fair's FUN symbol.
