I spotted this whilst looking through some of the stuff for the Drop Tower

In April 2011, a Lawful Development Certificate was issued by Waveney District Council for
the use of the majority of Pleasurewood Hills as an Amusement Park. The site benefits from
permitted development rights under Class A, Para A.2 of Part 28 of Schedule 2 of the General
Permitted Development Order 1995. This allows the erection of rides up to 25m in height.

Considering how much trouble they've had in the past with getting planning consent, this is good news, and it shows the new owners do mean business.

Slightly confused as to what this means.

So they can have rides up to 25m without any hassle?

The Gravity Tower is twice that and then some.

^ Yes, and yes. They can now built rides upto 25m in height without the need to apply for planning consent.

But obviously the Drop Tower is more than double that, which is why they have had to apply for planning consent.

This is great news. I have a feeling the next couple of years will be very significant for the park!
