The new Keane album (
Strangeland) came out this week. I sort of lost interest in them after
Night Train as it was, to put it politely, shocking. Thankfully their more recent singles leading up to Strangeland have been a lot more musical, and the album itself is actually remarkably good! It's not quite as good as
Hopes and Fears (although that might be my nostalgia-vision at work), but it's definitely up there. Miles better than
Night Train, and much easier to listen to than
Perfect Symmetry.

Probably my favourite track of the album. It's interesting to hear them writing about actual places. Don't think they've ever really done that before. Brilliant lyrics, though
