Loudoun to host 80's music festival

Due to a contamination issue with the original site, "Europe's biggest 80s music festival", Retrofest 2009 will now be held within the grounds of Loudoun Castle!

Sounds interesting and certainly an exciting new venture for the park. Hopefully it'll bring in some extra revenue and visitors to Loudoun and will prove successful enough to make this a regular thing in future.

So depending your stance on camp, cheesy pop music, Loudoun is the place to be / avoid this August! :wink:

Brilliant, I wonder will they have the theme park area operating at the same time too. Just imagine listening to Rick Astley while going around on a Schwarzkopf looper at the same time :--D .

Loudoun have many rides in storage. For this event I hope they'll get a few of them out, it would be a profitable cause.

And Twist N' Shout is the best coaster of the North
