How young is too young for a looper??

My little brother(age 7) rode 2 loopers at Carowinds(Carolina Cyclone and Cobra) and he thinks he can ride it all, and i tell him that hes a little too young for that. i thought that age 7 is young for that type of ride, considering i didn't ride my first looper until i was about 9. what do you think?

If you're not breaking any park rules by putting him on the looper, and he wants to then let him. He's old enough to say what he wants to and doesn't.
