Might as well post the last little bit.


Day 7 - last day


Our flight wasn't untill the evening, so we had one last day to soak up some rays and chill out.



We thought we should trek up the hill and see what was up there...

I'm jealous:
-cheap flights (even though it's ryanair, sorry Mark ) From here you always have to pay over 150€ for flying anywhere, unless it isn't like some crazy "semi-once-in-a-lifetime-book-6-months-in-advance deal".
-'t-shirt' weather
-extra credz, incl. hearing the boomerang I didn't ride (last year) was good
-never been to Budapest

Oh and that bridge was called Karlový-something or simply K/Carl's bridge if I remember correctly.

I'm sorry if I got it wrong, but was the hostel you were sleeping in themed to the movie Hostel or was there a separate bar themed to the movie?

It's a real shame that the Schwarzkopf looper wasn't there considering they're getting fewer and fewer.

I think Bratislava felt really like it was developing fast and while I really enjoy seeing that ('partly' because it's great to see 'former' (depends how you look though) eastern bloc countries, sort of developing fast and getting easier 'ahead' in life quality, other factors etc. of their old conqueror Russia (like a few other *ahem* countries has done as well...) anyway enough about that. What I was going to say is that I think it will be getting more expensive quite fast over there. (like it has done in Estonia, even though they haven't yet gotten the euro). ok I'll stop. [/off-topic]

I really enjoyed reading all the reports and seeing the photos Jake. Looked like a well planned tour and great that you were able to visit some parks in between all the tourist stuff.

We are definitely going to be doing Vienna and Prague in the summer.
