Dubai Land is happening, but when nobody knows.
IMG Themepark never heard of it.
Marvel Adventures Dubai is in Dubai Land.
Also you missed out Universal Dubai, Constuction did start and is moving VERY slowly, but they do have the iconic Universal Studio's enterance up though.

As for the china parks I have no clue on any of them,
