Interesting concept - a self-controlled, powered 4D coaster from Chance Rides allows rides to control their rate and direction of flip as they bumble along a low-to-the-ground circuit. Looks fun; I'd be interested on what parks would look to this versus an S&S FreeSpin.
Thoughts?

Several issues with it :
First, why is it always the guy who's driving ?
Second, rotation axis in the back, just like those Intamin's one that everybody hates. They probably should have gone with a center of mass alignment, like the S&S ones (which are marginally better received).

I've been to 2 (or is it 3) parks with the original unicoaster flat rides, and they've always been f**ked, just sitting there and not working. Doesn't give me much hope for a more complex model.

I did the flatride version at MOA, and thought it was quite fun. I could see this doing well at smaller parks, but the capacity must be ass
